Hi, I'm Ramona, your coach, and I want to share something with you...

When I was a first-time manager back in 2011, I WISHED I had someone present a program like this to me. 

I WISHED someone would have taken the time to teach me what leadership is all about, how to be effective at it, and how to inspire and motivate my team without being controlling and frustrated. 

I WISHED there would have been a safe place to learn and ask questions.

Because my first few years as a new manager were a struggle.

While I was doing a "good enough" job, I realized later that I really had no clue what I was doing right and what I was doing wrong. I was confident but I was blind. 

I didn't understand that success is now about my team succeeding and not about me anymore. I couldn't figure out how to get my team to deliver the "quality" I expected (well, now I know I was controlling..). And I constantly felt stressed.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How will this program be delivered?
This is a 3-months program. Each week, you will receive access to a new training module and we will meet for a coaching call on Thursday. In addition, you'll get assignments to complete during the week and I'm available for ad-hoc support as and when you need it. 

To start the program, you'll be asked to complete 2 assessments and we'll schedule a 1-on-1 call to debrief the assessments and discuss specific challenges and goals for your personal situation. 

Towards the end of the program, we will have one additional 1-on-1 call to plan out your future development goals and next steps. 
What if I can’t make the live calls?
No problem. All calls will be recorded and made available to you in a Member Area dedicated to this program. You can access the recordings within a few hours after the live calls and watch them whenever you have the time. 

If you have questions, you can submit them in advance and I'll make sure to address them during the live coaching call so you can get the answer when you watch the recording. You can also reach out directly and ask for ad-hoc support on urgent topics. 
How much time will this take each week?
You will need to invest about 2 hours each week to watch the training videos, participate in the coaching calls, and follow through on your action plan for that week.

I know you're busy and wonder how you could possibly add more to your workload than you already have. However, one of the first trainings will be about productivity so you can find ways to gain back at least 5 hours of your time. Plus, what you'll learn in this training will save you a significant amount of time in managing your team and dealing with issues that you'll be able to prevent.
