My STORY
My first few years as a manager were a struggle…
I tried to learn how to become a leader and climb the ranks by learning on the job. The result? I struggled, I was stressed out, and felt frustrated with myself and my team more often than not...
I didn't realize there were tools and frameworks available that would have helped me overcome all these challenges.

How will this program be delivered?
This is a monthly membership program. On the first day of the month, you will receive access to an on-demand training module. In addition, each month, we have two one-hour group coaching calls and one assessment deep-dive which take place over Zoom.
You will also receive weekly emails with dates, links, and additional tips and resources and you will have access to our private Slack channel to get support as and when you need it.
